  1. ASN Creation

    Operations staff or customers submit Advance Shipping Notices directly. Zone preference per line. Budget guard prevents over-receiving.

  2. Vehicle Arrival & Batch Receiving

    Plate, driver, seal numbers, and arrival time captured. Quantity, damage, batch number, expiry, and condition recorded. Packaging conversion automatic.

  3. LPN Generation

    System mints one LPN per receiving unit. Damaged units trigger auto-quarantine in the same transaction — no manual step required.

  4. GRN & Put-Away

    Goods Received Note generated as a bilingual PDF with QR code. Smart bin placement routes each LPN to the optimal location.

Pick, Load & Dispatch

Four steps take a customer order from stock allocation to a signed-off vehicle departure.

  1. Orders & Allocation Engine

    Customer orders at any packaging level. Allocation engine applies FIFO / FEFO / LEFO / ABC strategy, reserves stock, and prevents double-allocation.

  2. Pick List & Wave Picking

    Lines sorted zone to aisle to rack to bay to level for minimum travel. Supervisors batch 2+ orders into one wave. Every pick requires a scan.

  3. Loading Manifest

    Individual scan per LPN or bulk-load all in one atomic transaction. Manifest shows every LPN with pending/loaded state. Mandatory scan, no exceptions.

  4. GIN & Dispatch Ledger

    Goods Issue Note on vehicle departure, as a bilingual PDF with QR code. Dispatch ledger writes DEBIT ExternalCustomer / CREDIT Outbound Area.
