What does the annual subscription price include?

The annual subscription covers the complete 18-module Wareflux WMS platform, managed cloud hosting, continuous feature updates, priority 24/7 support, Odoo ERP integration, and the white-label customer portal. There are no hidden add-ons or per-seat charges.

Is pricing per user or per tenant?

Wareflux is priced per installation, with no per-user or per-tenant fees. Your 3PL can onboard an unlimited number of client tenants and internal users under a single annual subscription without incurring extra charges per account.

Which Gulf currencies are supported for billing?

All six Gulf currencies are natively supported: AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, and OMR. Each tenant is configured independently, and bilingual Arabic/English PDF documents are generated for every charge type automatically.

Is the Odoo ERP integration included or an extra charge?

The Odoo bi-directional sync module is fully included in the annual subscription at no extra cost. Initial configuration and setup support is also part of your onboarding package.

How long does implementation take?

Most 3PL operations go live within 4–8 weeks depending on warehouse complexity, number of clients to onboard, and ERP integration scope. Our team works alongside yours throughout the entire rollout at no additional project cost.

What happens to our data if we do not renew?

If you choose not to renew, we provide a 90-day data export window so you can download all your warehouse data in standard formats. Your data is never held hostage — we provide a full export at any time on request.
